Cancellation Policy
If you need to amend or cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, we will be happy to refund your booking or reschedule your session free of charge.
If you need to amend your appointment between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment, we can rebook you at 25% of the cost of the original deposit. (£12.50)
If you need to amend your appointment between 4 and 24 hours' notice, we can rebook you at 50% of the cost of the original deposit. (£25.00)
In the event that you do not attend your appointment or fail to make contact within 4 hours before your scheduled time, no refund or rearrangement can be offered.
Please note that all cancellations and amendments must be made via email or phone call. Any cancellations made through any other form of communication will not be valid.
